4. Booking Process

Quotation: After submitting the booking form on the website, customers will receive a quotation. If satisfied with the pricing and terms, they can proceed.

Booking: Customers provide their names and receive a payment link or UPI QR code.

Payment Methods: Accepted methods include Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallet.

5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Refunds: Processed according to the airline fare rules and cancellation policy, contingent upon TripClub receiving funds from the airline.

  • Convenience Fee: Non-refundable.

  • Airline Cancellations: Customers must inform TripClub to initiate refunds.

  • Processing Time: May vary depending on payment mode and bank.

  • Refund Credits: Issued to the original payment method.

  • Partially Utilized Tickets: Upfront and promo code discounts will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Service Fees: Fixed TripClub charge of ₹400 for cancellations or rescheduling, plus airline charges as per their fare policy.

6. Special Service Requests (SSRs)

  • Seat Selections: Advanced choice of standard or premium seats.

  • Meal Requests: Variety of options tailored to dietary needs.

  • Other Services: Priority boarding, extra baggage, and assistance for reduced mobility.

Additional fees may apply and will be clearly displayed during the booking process. Availability of some services is subject to airline policies.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during booking.

  • Ensure compliance with all airline and airport regulations.

  • Respect the terms and conditions set by TripClub and the airline.
